Andrea Godoy

Andrea is a Honduran marine biologist and SCUBA instructor currently working as the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Whale Shark and Oceanic Research Center in the beautiful Caribbean island of Utila. For two years now, her main role has been to build bridges between the local community and the WSORC in order to work together to achieve the center's conservation goals. Andrea also fulfills the role of environmental educator and science communicator, two areas of marine conservation where she feels she thrives the most.
